Always a hit and they freeze well!
List of Ingredients
2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained WELL
2 cups herb-flavored stuffing mix ( Pepperidge Farm )
1 large onion, finely minced
5 eggs- beaten
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Garlic powder, Mr. Tony's seasoning to tasteRecipe
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with a mustard dipping sauce.
SAUCE
Mix mayonnaise and Zatarain's Creole mustard, almost equal parts, usually a little more mayo!
