    We never had a picnic without my Mom's famous Lemon-Apricot Cake.

    List of Ingredients






    1 box Lemon Supreme Cake mix
    1-1/4 cup apricot nectar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup oil




    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 325* for 45-60 min. I use a 9 x 13 pan
    While cake is still warm, mix the icing.
    Poke holes in the cake with a fork or toothpick and pour over
    cake.

    Icing:

    1 cup confectioners sugar
    Juice of 1 lemon

    Mix well.
