    I usually have to make a double batch of these. Depending on my mood, sometimes I'll leave out the garlic salt & sprinkle the top with some granulated garlic - it gives it a nice crunch.

    List of Ingredients




    1 bag ‘Rich’s’ frozen rolls, almost completely thawed
    ½ C melted butter
    2 heads roasted garlic
    ¼ C fresh parsley, minced fine
    1/4 tsp garlic salt

    Recipe



    In bowl, combine butter, roasted garlic, parsley, and garlic salt. Mash & mix well.

    Dip the thawed rolls in butter mixture (try to get some garlic pieces on each roll), and place in a lightly buttered baking sheet (with sides) – reserve remaining butter mixture. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size. Pour reserved butter mixture (re-warm if necessary) over the rolls, making sure to distribute the garlic evenly. Bake 375 for about 30 minutes.
