Hopefully this is close to the famous Trey Yuen Tong Cho Sauce


List of Ingredients




Tamari Glaze

1 1/2 tb tamari (or soy sauce)
1 1/2 tb honey
1 tb dijon mustard
1/2 tb rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
1 tsp sesame oil (that's my own addition)

Recipe



Whisk together tamari, honey, mustard, vinegar, pepper flakes. Heat sesame oil in a pan until almost smoking. Add tamari-honey mixture & simmer briefly until reduced to a glaze.

Toss the glaze w/cooked meat/tofu & serve while warm.
