BLEU CHEESE CRUMBLES

½ Pound Bleu Cheese Crumbles
1 Cup Japanese Bread Crumbs
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
Recipe
1. Measure out bleu cheese crumbles and place in the mixing bowl.
2. Measure out breadcrumbs and place into the mixing bowl.
3. Measure out heavy cream and place into the mixing bowl; mix well with spatula
until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
4. Refrigerate to hold.
1. Pull mixture out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to use.
2. Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture on top of your favorite steak or fish. Place under
the broiler for approximately 1 ½ minutes or until golden brown.
Has a shelf life of 4 days
