List of Ingredients
2 lbs. ground meat
2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can white corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 package dry taco seasoning mix
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can kidney beans
TOPPINGS:
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese
Fritos
Recipe
In a Dutch oven over medium high heat, brown ground beef stirring to crumble. Add remaining ingredients in order given. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Let guests select their own topping combinations.
Freezes very well.
