BAKED BEANS QUINTET

List of Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 16oz. can butterbeans, drained
- 1 17oz. can lima beans drained
- 1 15oz. can pork & beans
- 1 15oz. can red kidney beans drained
- 1 19oz. can chick peas, drained
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon till crisp. Remove bacon reserving drippings. Crumble bacon.
- Cook onion & garlic in drippings until tender, drain.
- Combine bacon, onion mixture, and beans in bowl. Add ketchup and remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-1/2 quart baking dish.
- Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
