    List of Ingredients




    8 Chicken Breast halves
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans pinto beans
    1-8 oz. jar "PACE" brand picante sauce
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 cloves of garlic
    3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    1-1/2 Tsp. chili powder
    1-1/2 Tsp cumin
    salt & pepper (to taste)

    Recipe



    Chop onion, garlic, & pepper; cut chicken in 1" pieces.
    Combine together in oil & cook until chicken is almost
    done. Add all other ingredients & bring to a boil. Simmer
    30 minutes. Top each serving with shredded cheese and sour cream.
    Enjoy!
