    2 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
    3 ounces cream cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 stick butter
    Jalapeno peppers chopped, to taste
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese plus additional for top

    Recipe



    Preheat of to 350 degrees.
    Melt butter, milk and cheese together.
    Add corn and peppers.
    Add extra cheese on top of casserole.
    Bake for about 30 minutes.
