    Honey Garlic Pork Chops

    4 pork chops
    ¼ cup honey
    ¼ cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    ½ teaspoon minced garlic

    Recipe



    Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then brown pork chops on high heat in a little oil for 1 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 8 minutes; turn and cook for 5 more until done.

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Set aside. Remove chops from skillet and keep warm. Add honey mixture to skillet. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring to get all brown bits from bottom of pan. Put chops back in skillet and serve.
