List of Ingredients




4 lbs Pork (cut into bite sized pieces)
4 lbs Beef (also bite sized pieces)
2 pkgs McCormicks pork gravy mix
2 pkgs McCormicks AuJus mix
3 T chili powder (more depending on your taste)
1/2 t. garlic powder (again-or more if you like)
1 t ground cumin (you guessed it-more according to taste)
8 C water
(I add 1/4 C flour-but it all depends on if you want a thicker gravy or not)

Recipe



Brown meat in olive oil. Add gravy mix, spices and water. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 3+hrs.
