Spinach Alfredo Pasta Pie

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup prepared alfredo sauce
1-1/2 cups of angel hair pasta sauce
3/4 cup of small curd, cottage cheese, well drained( could use ricotta)
1 cup parm cheese
1 large egg beaten
2 cups fresh baby spinach
3 roma tomatoes, 1/2" thick slices lengthwise
1 Tbs italian seasoning
1/2 cup Mozz cheese, shredded
extra parm cheese
Recipe
Cook the pasta , drain heat the alfredo sauce. Cook or steam the spinach and pat dry.Combine the drained pasta, parm cheese and egg. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a deep dish 9" pie plate that has been sprayed with pam.Spread the cottage cheese over the crust. Spread the spinach over the cottage cheese. Spread the alfredo sauce over the spinach and place the tomato slices over the sauce and sprinkle with the italian seasoning. Cover loosley with foil and bake at 375 for about 25 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with the mozzareella cheese and bake for another 8 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges. Serve with some additional parm cheese if desired.
