Buffalo Stew

Recipe Introduction
From a very unique Canadian Cookbook
There is a native dish we serve
When feeding many folks
And though you may not go-pher this
Remember it's no hoax!
You take one buffalo that's dead
Skin it, and take the meat
You cut it into bite-sized chunks
This should only take a week!
You add some salt and pepper
Put it in a pot of clay
You bake it, covered, at 450 degrees
For exactly two whole days
This should serve about two hundred folks
A generous portion of stew.
But if you need a little more
There's no need to start anew!
Just add two rabbits to the pot
It will stretch meals, but please take care....
You'll find some folks complain, if in
Their stew they find a hare!
