List of Ingredients




1 C grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground meat
6 oz. spinach noodles
1 5 oz. can tomato soup
1 5 oz. can tomatoes
1 C cottage cheese
1 C sour cream
garlic or salt to taste
1 green pepper, mushrooms, sliced olives

Recipe




Fry meat, drain off fat. Cook noodles. Simmer tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and green pepper etc. about 10 minutes. Put in casserole in layers starting with noodles, then cottage cheese and sour cream and meat. Top with grated cheese. Cook in oven at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Can be kept in refrigerator and reheated.
