    1/4 cup butter, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/3 cup raw sugar 2/3 cup firmly-packed light brown sugar
    1 1/3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 cup finely chopped walnuts

    Recipe






    Beat butter, egg and vanilla together until smooth.
    Add raw sugar, brown sugar and flour to egg mixture, mix thoroughly. Stir in walnuts.
    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool on baking sheet. makes 2 1/2 dozen.
