List of Ingredients






1/3 cup butter or shortening, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp soda
1/2 pkg chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Recipe






Cream together butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to sugar and egg mixture gradually. Add nuts. Spread in greased pan and sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool; cut into squares.
