    Christmas Eggnog

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    pinch salt
    6 large eggs
    8 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    Rum or rum flavoring


    Recipe

    Whisk sugar, flour, salt and eggs whisk in milk. Cook until mixture coats a spoon. Add vanilla and nutmeg. When cool, put into blender and beat. Add rum or rum flavoring, to taste. Garnish with whipped cream and dash more of nutmeg or cinnamon.
