Recipe Introduction
This recipe can be used for cinnamon buns or cheese buns or whatever.
List of Ingredients
In seperate bowl mix:
4 cups flour
2 tbsp. fermipan or any instant yeast
In a big seperate bowl or dough machine bowl mix:
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 cups lukewarm water
Recipe
Add flour-yeast mixture to above and beat. Add 4 more cups of flour, 1 cup at a time and mix in until dough is workable(may need more flour, but just add small amounts.) Knead for 2-3 minutes. Put dough in lightly greased bowl and cover. Let rest for 15 minutes. Punch down dough and let rest another 15 minutes. Shape dough into bread or buns and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour for bread and 20-25 minutes for buns. Brush tops with butter.
