Recipe
Cut corn tortillas into 1/4 in wide strips. Pour 1/4 in salad oil into 10 inch frying pan. Fry strips in hot oil for 1 min. Drain on paper towels. Can be made 1 day in advance. Store in cool, airtight container. Serve on soups, such as Mexican onion soup
