    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. water or more
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 T. vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Combine flour, eggs, cornmeal, vegetable oil together; adding water to
    desired consistency. Beat till well mixed. For standard sized
    tortillas, pour about 1/4 c. batter onto a griddle or skillet. Cook
    over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side or till golden brown.
    Serve warm.
