this is my Mom's recipe.


List of Ingredients




1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup margerine
2 tsp. italian seasoning (or to taste)
8 cups dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup celery, diced

Recipe



Boil soup and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sseasonings, margerine and celery.

In bowl, add soup mixture to bread crumbs. Toss. Stuff poultry.
