Meatballs with Creamy Mushroom Gravy

List of Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/2 c.sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
10 oz. can mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
2 bsp. margerine
Recipe
In large bowl combine beef, salt and pepper, garlic and onion salt. Shape meat into balls 1" in diametre in skillet, slowly brown meatballs on all sides. In another skillet, melt margerine and saute mushrooms and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add drained meatballs. Simmer 15-20 minutes, over low heat. 6-8 servings.
