1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. creme de menthe
3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Recipe



Mix ingredients together and let stand at least 30 minutes. Roll into balls, 1/2 inch in diameter, and then into chocolate or confectioners sugar.

Makes approximately 4 dozen
