Leftover Roast Beef Casserole

*Note: Ground beef can be substituted for the roast beef.
List of Ingredients
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups leftover roast beef, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
2 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion
1 can mushrooms
1 cp rice
1/3 cup soy sauceRecipe
Mix all ingredients into casserole dish and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
