Perfect Perogy Casserole

List of Ingredients
16 – 20 frozen perogies
1 onion, chopped
¼ c. milk
1 T. butter
½ c. ham, diced
1 green pepper, diced
¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
10 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup
black pepper, to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
In a medium sized casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper, and ham. Combine milk and soup and pour over the casserole. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes.
