List of Ingredients
6 pork chops (or sausages)
1 can chicken gumbo soup
10 tbsp. rice
onion slices
tomato slices
salt and pepper
water
Recipe
Brown or broil chops. Arrange in large caserole in a single layer, along with rice arranged around them. Put slices of onion on each chop, then slices of tomato on top of onion. Pour over chicken gumbo soup mixed with 1 can of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Put into 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. This can be prepared ahead of time and reheated.
