    Reuben Casserole

    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. grated swiss cheese
    3 or 4 slices rye bread, cubed
    1 small can of sauerkraut
    1 stick margarine
    1 can corned beef

    Recipe

    Mix and spread sour cream, onion and sauerkraut in bottom of square glass casserole
    dish. Crumble can of canned beef on top of that. Add cubed bread on top with melted
    stick of margarine. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with grated swiss cheese.
