1 lb. bacon
1-1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 large onion
1 can consomme soup
1 tbsp. margerine
2 c. precooked rice
2-3 tbsp. soya sauceRecipe
Precook rice until half done. Slice bacon into bits. Fry until partly crisp. Put aside. Saute chopped onion and mushrooms in bacon drippings. Add all to the rice. Add soup and soya sauce. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
