Hamburger Mixture:
Brown 1 pound hamburger. While the hamburger is cooking, add in:
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon regular black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
After hamburger is browned but not completely done, drain the excess fat.
***10 minutes.
Add the following items to the drained hamburger:
1 teaspoon crushed sun-dried tomato pesto
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
8 ounces corn
4 ounces hot jardiniere peppers in a jar, (you can chop up if you desire)
1 teaspoon Dave's Gourmet Insanity Hot Sauce.
***20 minutes.
You should let this cook for an additional 5-10 minutes on medium heat
until the hamburger is completely done and the ingredients have had time to
flavor the meat. Make sure to stir the mixture while it is cooking.
Sauce Mixture:
In a pot, pour in the following ingredients:
24-29 ounces tomato sauce, (depending on how thick you want it)
3 ounces tomato paste
8 ounces red kidney beans
8 ounces red beans
8 ounces great northern beans
8 ounces pinto beans
8 ounces white kidney beans
8 ounces small white beans
2 ounces cream cheese
Cook this until hot over medium heat and make sure to stir it consistently.
Once it is hot, add the hamburger mixture. Stir the ingredients up until
blended. You can now add the chili seasoning. Stir the mixture consistently
enough so it doesn't burn. ***10-15 minutes.
