Turkey Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups raw carrotes, sliced
Boil together for 10 minutes.
Add:
1 cup plain yogurt or light sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
pepper and dill to taste
Add:
3 cups diced cooked turkey, fresh or frozenRecipe
Pour all into a greased large casserole dish and heat in the oven or microwave. Serve with fresh buns or bakin gpowder biscuits. Great for left over turkey after Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.
