Recipe Introduction

Great for left over sausage. The flavors in the sausage spread to the other veggies and this dish hardly needs seasoning. Riley and Chelsea call this "Sausage Stew"

List of Ingredients

Lightly Grease a large casserole dish. And Layer these ingredients in the order given:

1. thin layer of diced raw potatoes
2. thin layer of diced onions
3. layer of peas
4. layer of sausage
5. layer of carrots
6. layer of potatoes
7. Pour 1 can of tomato soup, mixed with water over top of
it, cover, and bake at 350 degree oven, until vegetables are tender
