    Recipe Introduction

    I found that scoring the potato like this, it seems to be done faster than if you just cut the potatoes in half.

    List of Ingredients

    1 red potato per person, leave the skin on
    1 bunch of green onions, chopped (can dice a white onion, if you prefer)
    seasoning salt
    dill weed
    pepper
    pat of butter per potato

    Recipe

    Wash all potatoes very well. Put each potato in aluminum foil. Score each potato about an inch in depth, in a criss cross fashion, and split open slightly. Smear butter inside, and top with onions and spices. Wrap up in foil, and put on bbq. Top with sourcream when done.

    Another variation: Cut up potatoes into one inch dices. Throw into a bbq safe pan, along with garden fresh carrots, and green onions, can even try peas. Toss with a little olive oil, just to coat and season with the spices above. Throw on bbq. 20 minutes they are done.
