    Crisp Chocholate Hazelnut Cookies

    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup icing sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa
    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup ground toasted hazelnuts

    Recipe



    Sift together flour, sugar and cocoa. Cream butter. Gradually blend in dry ingredients and nuts. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/8 inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in granulated sugar. Bake in 300 degree oven 20-25 minutes, or until done. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Makes aobut 3 dozen.
