Gelatin Sugar Cookies

List of Ingredients




1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 box gelatin (3 oz.) any flavor, lemon is good
3/4 c. shortening (can use part butter, part margerine)

Recipe



Mix sugar, and gelatin(dry) together. Add shortening, and eggs. Blend well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixure. Roll 1/4" thick on a floured board. cut with cutter. Bake at 375 for 5-8 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
