Ginger Snaps

Great cookies, bake them less for a softer chewy cookie, or bake them a little longer for a snappy, milk dunking cookie.
List of Ingredients
3/4 c. margerine
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. mollasses
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger
Recipe
Mix margerine and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each, add mollasses and rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 4 dozen mix.
