Recipe Introduction


These make a nice summer cookie or a Christmas cookie too.


List of Ingredients




1/2 cup melted margerine
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe



Melt margerine. Add sugar and evaporated milk. Heat in saucepan till sugar is melted. Boil for 1 minute, stirring al the time. Remvoe from stove. Add vanilla, mix rolled oats, coconuit, cocoa and salt together. Pour into first mixture. Work fast. Drop 1 tbsp. at a time on wax paper. Cool.
