1 cup soft margerine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
Recipe
Beat together margerine, sugars and eggs, 1 at a time. Blend in peanut butter. Mix and sift dry ingredients and stir in batter. Stir in rolled oats. Shape dough in balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls with floured fork in criss cross pattern. Bake at 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
