Crock Pot Vegetable Soup

List of Ingredients
1/2 C diced Carrots
1/2 C diced Onions
1/2 C diced Celery
1/2 C diced Potatoes
3 C Water
1 Can (14-15 ozs) diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Salt (optional)
1/2 tsp PepperRecipe
Stir all ingredients into Crock Pot.
Place lid on and cook for 30 minutes on High, then simmer on Low for at least 30 minutes or until ready to eat.
Serve with toasted Wheat bread for a healthy lunch.
