Banana Cake

1 pkg. white cake mix
3 eggs
1 2/3 cups mashed ripe bananas(3-4 large)
1/3 cup vegetable oil


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13x9 inch pan.

In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, bananas and oil. Beat on medium speed for 2 mintues or until smooth. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool compleyly in pan on a wire rack. Frost as desired.
