Easy to remember every thing is the number twelve (12)



List of Ingredients




12 Eggs
12 T sugar
12 T ground walnuts
12 T unsalted crackers (rolled fine)

Recipe



Mix egg yolks & sugar until glossy. Stir in ground walnuts & soda crackers. Fold in egg whites (stiffly beaten). Pour into 9 inch layer pans (lightly greased & floured) Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
