Chocholate Cherry Upside Down Cake

1-19 oz. can cherry pie filling
1-3/4 cups flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
3/4 cup butter or margerine
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Spread cherry pie filling over bottom of 9x13x2 inch greased pan. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder in large bowl. Add milk, butter, eggs and vanilla. Blend on low. Beat on medium for 1 minute. Bake at 350 degree for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Invert and cool.
