This is good left uniced, rich flavor.
List of Ingredients
1/2 c. butter or hard margerine, softened
2 large eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. medium coconut
Icing:
1/4 c. butter or hard margerine
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. icing sugar
Recipe
Cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well to blend. Pack in greased 9x9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comesout clean. Cool and ice.
Icing:
Combine butter, brown sugar and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool.
Add icing sugar and beat. Add more milk if too stiff or more icing sugar if too thin. Spread over cake. Cuts into 36 squares.
