Rhubarb Crumb Cake

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup shortening (vegetable oil)
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream (plain yogurt works as well)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups cut up rhubarb
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butterRecipe
Mix, as usual, brown sugar, shortening, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, flour, soda, baking powder adn rhubarb and spread in 9x13 inch pan, sprinklle with white sugar, cinnamon and butter. Mix together as topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
