Mix 4 pkg. softened light philly cream cheese and 1 c. sugar with mixer until smooth. Add 4 eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.

Pour 1/2 the batter into a christie Oreao baking crumb crust (double ingredient list and follow recipe on box) Press into 9x13 pan, break up 12 oreo cookies. Sprinkle on top. Pour on remaining batter.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool to reoom temperature. Refridgerate for 3 hours or overnite. Heat 1/2 c. whipping cream and 6 squares semi sweet chocholate over low heat. Pour over chilled cheesecake. Garnish with mini oreo's. 8 servings.
