List of Ingredients
2 cups graham wafercrumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margerine or butter, melted
Mix together and press into a 9x13 inch pan.
4 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
Cook until tender. To cooked rhubarb add:
2 small pkgs. strawberry gelatin
3/4 cup cold water
250 grams. cream cheese
Mix 2 envelopes of whipped topping and fold into rhubarb mixture. Pour over crumbs and let set
