    1 lb boneless chicken breast
    2 tab veg. oil
    4 large flour tortillas
    Marinade
    1/4-cup lime juice
    1/4 cup veg oil
    2 tb Worcestershire
    1 small onion, minced
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1-1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp pepper
    Topping
    Sliced red onion
    Chopped green pepper
    Shredded lettuce
    Cut chicken into 1/2" strips
    Shredded cheese
    Salsa

    Recipe



    Combine marinade ingredients & pour over chicken
    Let stand 1/2 hr & pat dry
    Heat tortillas on baking sheet in a low oven about 5 min
    Heat oil in heavy skillet
    Sauté chicken about 5 min
    Place chicken on tortillas & garnish with toppings
    Serves 2-4
