1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups diced cooked chicken
one 3- ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped canned pimiento, drained

In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter; blend in 1/3 cup flour and 1/2 tsp. salt. Add the chicken broth and the milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, till sauce is thick and bubbly. Add the chicken, mushrooms, and the pimiento. Heat through. Serve over toast points. And enjoy !!!!!
