Chicken pieces
1 cup crushed cornflakes
6 tbsp. parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup melted margerineRecipe
Skin chicken pieces and remove fat. Dip in egg and melted margerine mixture. Dip in crumbs, coating well. Place into greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour until done or microwave with bone sides down-thick pieces to outside of dish. Cover with waxed paper- High power 5-8 minutes per pound. Much better tasting when done in the oven.
