Grilled Lemon Chicken

List of Ingredients
3 1/4-4 lb. Chicken, cut into pieces
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp dried oregano or basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt to tasteRecipe
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano/basil and pepper in shallow dish or heavy duty zippered plastic bag. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt. Discard marinade.
Preheat outdoor grill.
Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
Place on a platter garnished with fresh lemon wedges or slices and some fresh oregano, if available.
