1 kg. (2 lb) chicken pieces
750 ml. (3 cups) corn flakes crushed to 1 cup
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
pinch of pepper
1 egg, lightly beatenRecipe
Wash chicken pieces and pat dry. Combine crushed corn flakes, sage, thyme, onion salt and pepper. Dip chicken into beaten egg and coat with corn flake mix. Place chicken pieces in single layer skin side up in a well greased or foil lined shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. Do not cover or turn chicken.
